Design Engineering & Consulting provides façade system design, shop drawings, engineering, and consulting services in a cost – effective and professional manner across the world. Our headquarters is located in Richardson, in the heart of Texas, with four satellite offices in Portland, China, Mexico and the Philippines.
DEC specializes in providing services in the construction of the exterior skin envelope of commercial and retail buildings. This includes the following: curtainwall, window wall, glass and glazing, stone and aluminum and composite panels. We have in house capabilities to provide custom system designs or details to match architectural intent including aluminum extrusions and gasketing, structural engineering with registered Professional Engineers (P.E.) licensure in multiple states, and drafting services. Drafting services include full range of project requirements from initial profile drawings to cast in-place embed drawings, visual and performance mock-ups, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and BIM modeling.
